San Diego Landcare Systems Packages

Our "turn-key" packages offer a wide variety of choices whether it's a completed project or assistance for the "do-it-yourselfers". All packages include CAD (computer-aided-drafting), designs for accuracy, and the careful planning and advice you'll need to get you through the job.

Packages are intended for new homes (bare dirt) lots and conform to average sizes. Of course there will be variables in actual square footage and quantities, and each Package will be tailored to fit your home.

Front and Rear Yard Packages

Includes: Consultation, planning, general condition and standard soil preparation for up to 2,000 square feet. (2) automatic sprinkler systems with 12-16 heads each and up to 1,000 square feet lawn. Packages with concrete include patio (12' x 22') and walk (3' x 75'). Additional excavation, topsoil and hauling fees may apply. Prices subject to change.

Whole Yard Packages

(Front, Sides, and Rear, your choice of concrete or pavers)

Includes: Consultation, planning, general condition, standard soil preparation for up to 3,000 square feet. Sprinkler controller and (5) automatic systems with 12-16 heads each and up to 1,500 square feet lawn. Concrete includes patios and walks and a new porch with Deluxe Whole Yard Package. Additional excavation, topsoil and hauling fees may apply. Prices subject to change.

Concrete/Paver/Flagstone Paving Upgrades

• Color for 500 square feet - $870
• Colored/Stamped/Decorative Concrete with sealer, or Paver Upgrade, 500 square feet - $2,380
• Additional 500 square feet natural color concrete, or pavers with 100’ drains - $8,360
